FREMONT, CA: In the latest corporate move, 75 year old company HP follows the steps of several conglomerates like Motorola (2011) and Krafts Foods (2012) and Ebay in splitting the company into two. HP Inc. will take care of company’s personal-computer and printer businesses while the second part Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, will trade products like computer servers, data-storage gear, software, consulting operations and other services for corporate-technology departments.
